Welcome to the Privacy Policy Web page of Alphatron.org. Alphatron.org is collectively referred to herein as: "Site," "we," "us," "our," "ourselves" or "its." People who visit our Internet Site are collectively referred to herein as: "visitors," "users," "guests," "members," "those," "their," "you," or "your."

Alphatron.org makes this Site and others available on the understanding that users exercise their own skill and care with respect to its use. We at Alphatron.org are dedicated to protecting your privacy and handling any personal information we obtain from you with care and respect. This Kid's Privacy Policy is designed to answer your questions regarding our privacy policies and principles with respect to children under the age of 13.


CHILDREN UNDER THE AGE OF THIRTEEN ARE NOT ALLOWED TO SEND MESSAGES AND/OR FILES TO ALPHATRON.ORG DIRECTLY WITHOUT PARENTAL GUIDANCE. ALSO, WHEN WE USE THE TERM "PARENT," WE MEAN TO INCLUDE LEGAL GUARDIANS.

Alphatron.org is not directed to children under the age of thirteen and we do NOT knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under the age of thirteen as part of the Site. We screen users who wish to provide personal information in order to prevent users under the age of thirteen from providing such information. If we become aware that we have inadvertently received personally identifiable information from a user under the age of thirteen as part of the Site, we will delete such information from our records. If we change our practices in the future, we will obtain prior, verifiable parental consent before collecting any personally identifiable information from children under the age of thirteen as part of the Site.

Because we do not collect any personally identifiable information from children under the age of thirteen as part of the Site, we also do NOT knowingly distribute such information to third parties.

We do NOT knowingly allow children under the age of thirteen to publicly post or otherwise distribute personally identifiable contact information through the Site.

Because we do not collect any personally identifiable information from children under the age of thirteen as part of the Site, we do NOT condition the participation of a child under thirteen in the Site’s online activities on providing personally identifiable information.

Beginning on January 1, 2005, California Civil Code Section 1798.83 permits those customers who are California residents to request for the Alphatron.org Site to not disclose their personal information with third parties for their direct marketing use.

We recognize the need to provide additional protections for children who visit our Sites. To read about our privacy protections for kid's under the age of 13, see: Children (Kid's) Privacy Policy, as described in detail above.

Alphatron.org Sites do not sell customer information to third parties.
Alphatron.org Sites do not use adware or spyware programs to collect information about its visitors.

C1. Types of Information This General Privacy Policy Covers

Except as specifically described below in C2, this Privacy Policy applies only to personally identifiable information collected on the Web Sites where this Privacy Policy is posted and does not apply to any other information collected by Alphatron.org through any other means. This Privacy Policy applies to use and sharing of personally identifiable information collected on and after the date that this Privacy Policy is posted. However, for guests who registered on our Web Sites prior to the date that this Privacy Policy is posted, we will apply this Privacy Policy to personally identifiable information associated with that account only if the guest accepts the terms and conditions of this Privacy Policy. Once the guest has accepted these terms and conditions, this Privacy Policy will also apply to personally identifiable information collected from that guest prior to the date that this Privacy Policy is posted.

As used in this Privacy Policy, Alphatron.org and all of its subsidiary and affiliated entities, including companies such as AntiSpyProducts.com that generally do not offer their products and services under the "Alphatron.org" brand name, as well as companies that generally do offer their products and services under the "Alphatron.org" brand name.

When this Privacy Policy uses the term "personally identifiable information," we mean information that identifies a particular individual, such as the individual's name, postal address, e-mail address, and telephone number. When other information, such as, for example, consumer product preferences, or number of children, is directly associated with personally identifiable information, this other information also becomes personally identifiable information for purposes of this Privacy Policy. Personally identifiable information is sometimes referred to in this Privacy Policy as "personal information." Finally, the terms of this Privacy Policy are subject to all applicable laws.

Types of Information We Collect About Our Guests

Information That You Provide Us:

Your personal data will be processed by us in the U.S. where data protection and privacy regulations may not offer the same level of protection as in other parts of the world, such as the European Union. If you create a user account with this Site as a visitor from outside the United States, you will be asked during the initial registration to consent to the collection and/or processing in the United States of your personally identifiable information, which includes the use of cookies as described in the next section listed below.

Much of the personally identifiable information we receive comes directly from guests who are interested in obtaining various products and services from us. Information Collected by Way of Technology:

We collect information through technology to make our Sites more interesting and useful to you. For instance, when you come to one of our Sites, we collect your IP (Internet Protocol) address. An IP address is often associated with the portal through which you enter the Internet, like your ISP (Internet service provider), your company, or your university. Standing alone, your IP address is not personally identifiable.
We may use your IP address to direct Internet traffic to you while online with a Alphatron.org Site. At times, we also use IP addresses to collect information regarding the frequency with which our guests visit various parts of our Sites. We may combine this information with personally identifiable information and to generate statistics used in the management of this Site.

If you do nothing during your visit to the our Web Site, but browse or if you download information, we may automatically collect and store the following information about your visit:
